Question
I am 36 years old and weight is 72 Kgs, during brisk walk around 2 Kilometer in the morning I feel pain and stretch in my calf. lease note I had start walking since last two months, but still I am not used to it. Please revert and oblige.

Thanks & regards

Answer
It is very difficult to guess what may be causing your pain. I do not give medical advice. But if it is a strained muscle, you should reduce your walking distance and speed until the pain gets better. After that, you can slowly increase your distance and speed again.

Make sure you use good quality shoes and stretch your calf muscles after you finish your walks.
