i suffer frompanic attackes and i walk them off///ijust shifteed to a new area thats all hilly...and ive noticed that my legs feel like they are stiff and pulled,,,yet empty somehow
im 50 is walking up hills in panic dangerous....it makes me breath deeper and quicker butmylung capacity is excellent,,,it also seems to be putting pressure on my tummy muscles...i only eat once a daqy lately as i have had a tummy virus and i cant eat properly

i drinkwater and eat a banana everyday
what else should i do...i did have low b12...but its now on low normal...my thighs are really weak just at the topof knees...will walking  up hills help  build  these muscles up

HI HELEN
I FEEL WALKING UP HILLS DAILY IS SO HARD ON THE BACK AND MUSCLES THAN JUST POWER WALKING DAILY.  MY DAUGHTER POWER WALKS DAILY 4 MILES IN EARLY MORNING.  SHE IS VERY FIT.
TAKE AS LARGE OF STEPS AS U CAN AND AS FAST AS U CAN AND SWING YOUR ARMS AND HEAD UP WALK.  IF U HIT A SMALL HILL THAT IS OK, BUT I DO NOT THINK WALKING HILLS CONSTANTLY IS NOT SO GOOD AT YOUR AGE.  IT IS HARD ON JOINTS, ETC.

CAN U DRINK ORANGE JUICE, LOTS OF WATER IS GREAT, BANANAS ARE GOOD.  BAKED POTATOES ARE GOOD, COTTAGE CHEESE, YUGURT.  TOAST, APPLESAUCE, RICE.
HOPE YOU GET WELL AND THIS HELPS SOME.?
