1999 Proline 25 walkaround

Question
I am thinking about buying a 1999 proline 251WA with (1) 225 hp mercury outboard. (2-stroke with about 275 hours on it)
What is the cruising speed as well as the top speed that I should expect to see?
What about the same boat with a 5.7 merc I/O?

I'm not familiar with the Proline series of boats, but suggest you explore their website, if available. Failing that, I would find a local dealer who might have specs on speed and performance. My best guess would be a cruising speed in the range of 24-27 mph, with a top speed of about 30-34.
