Question
Patrick,

Thanks for your remarks on the 140, sounds reasonable. What do you think of the follwing new boards with regard to my weight, wind and chop conditions?

'07/08 Tabou Rocket gtx 125L, $950.
'06 Bic Techno 2 118L, $750.
'07 Naish Icon freeride 120L, $950.
All are new boards.

The price on the Bic is especially appealing. Thanks a lot.

By the way, I'm not the guy who got "no responses" The system worked fine for me!

Answer
I like the naish and the Tabou better, but that is a good price for the 118> Bic Techno and it's a good board.  See if you can get either the naish or the Tabou for around the same price as the Bic.  Windsurfing retailers will usually drop their prices pretty easily this time of year.  If not, the Bic is definitely a good deal and it would be a good medium to high wind board for you. At 180 lbs you should be able to uphaul it.
